Hello. My name is Nur. I was diagnosed with MDD (Major Depressive Disorders) 12 years ago in 2010.
I am the Sole Carer for my husband who was diagnosed with BMD (Bipolar Mood Disorder) in 2000.
It's been a rollercoaster ride for both of us filled with tears, stigma, failures BUT there's also moments of laughters, beautiful memories and achievements.
Through the same journey we developed a strong belief that anyone can overcome the ""dark days"" with support, medical attention and knowing we are NOT ALONE.
Everyone matters and deserves to be heard.
