Pain Is Real,
But So Is Hope

Pain Is Real, But So Is Hope

Self-awareness and healing takes hard work, but we are here to join you on this journey.

You just have to consciously choose to show up for yourself.

Our Vision

To create an all inclusive ecosystem for mental healthcare. We envision our users to come from various levels of mental health severity and connect them to all measures of care (i.e., prevention, treatments and maintenance). This paves the way towards accessible and trustable mental healthcare system for all.

Our Mission

  • To empower young adults in making informed decisions on their issues and reducing stigma through education and exposure
  • To provide job opportunities for mental health survivors and encourage improvement in their recovery
  • To encourage professional help-seeking behaviour when necessary

How It Started

We met each other through a program called SEEd.Lab. SEEd.Lab is a joint initiative by PETRONAS and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to develop young talents to form sustainable and scalable social enterprises. Through training and guidance from SEEd.Lab, we formulate our solution through rigorous iterations based on data from potential users to provide accessible and trustable mental health services for young adults.
