Najiya graduated with First Class Honours in Psychology from Cardiff University, where she received the Elite Psychology Scholarship, and is currently pursuing further studies in Islamic Psychology at Khalil Center x Usul Academy. Under her leadership, SAPOT has been recognised as one of the Top 5 Most Impactful Initiatives by Women in Tech. Najiya also serves as a Council Member of the National ICT Association of Bumiputera Entrepreneurs (NEF) and a Community Leader at Ahl’ Umran Network.
Nureen previously served as Operations Assistant at GETBIIB.COM, a tech startup for virtual runners, where she managed facilities, vendors, customer service, and recordkeeping. She has extensive experience coordinating events with Sekolah@MMU, handling logistics, sponsorships, and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations. She has served as an Elite Officer at LIMA 19 and taken on multiple leadership roles in Sekolah@MMU programs.
Driven by her lived experience with Bipolar II and ADHD, Fatiha champions stigma-free mental health access across Malaysia. Recognised by Tatler Asia’s Gen.T 2024, she brings both advocacy and leadership to the forefront of mental health innovation. Previously, she founded 1Moment4Them where she raised over RM1 million for refugee education in Jordan, reflecting her cross-border commitment to social impact.

As SAPOT’s training provider, ImROC ensures that our accredited peer supporters are equipped with globally benchmarked skills, high-quality frameworks, and practical tools to deliver safe, effective, and impactful support.
MENTARI, the Community Mental Health Centre under Malaysia’s Ministry of Health, plays a vital role in bridging clinical expertise with community-based recovery. As a collaborative partner of SAPOT, MENTARI provides access to professional oversight, joint module development, and referral pathways for individuals requiring escalated care. Through this partnership, SAPOT is able to extend its reach, integrate peer support with formal healthcare services, and contribute to building a more inclusive, recovery-oriented mental health ecosystem in Malaysia.
